• Extension of stay available on pro-rata basis, subject to availability of rooms.

• 3 nights accommodation for one couple in a centrally A/C room as per the package.
• Scheduled courtesy transfers from Dabolim Airport or Madgaon Railway Station by A/C coach..
• Holiday Inn Refresher (non-alcoholic welcome drink) on arrival.
• Bottle of Goan Wine and cookies in the room on the day of arrival.
• Buffet Breakfast, Buffet Lunch and Buffet Dinner (one of each meal per night of stay).

• One child below 12 years of age complimentary on room and meal plan sharing the parents room without an extra bed.
• 4th Night complimentary on room only (subject to availability). Compulsory meal supplement of Rs.1500 per adult and Rs. 750 for children from the ages of 6 to 12 years.

• Late checkout up to 1600 hours subject to availability.

1. All reservations will be held on definite basis till 14 days prior to check-in date or as specified by reservations, unless guaranteed by 50% advance payment.

1. A minimum of 14 days notice prior to check in date is required for a full refund of the advance deposit made.
2. 50% of the package price will be charged as a cancellation fee within the 14 day period.
3. Full package price will be charged in case of a no-show.
